跨界協作計劃｜共創 × 賦能
我們相信通過跨領域的携手合作，能創造出一加一大於二的力量，讓文化傳承更有生命力，也讓社會更加包容和溫暖。傳藝舘積極與罕見病兒童眾籌平臺Lifewire《護‧聯網》、香港盲人輔導會等慈善夥伴攜手，推出「文化共創協作計劃」。透過資源整合與創新模式，既為病患群體籌集支持，更提供傳統技藝學習與社區導師培訓平臺，助力病患家庭從受助者轉變為文化傳承的推動者，創造多元價值。
計劃特色：

籌款與資源連結
與慈善夥伴合作舉辦文化主題眾籌活動（如傳統文化手工藝作品義賣、傳統技藝體驗工作坊、繪畫比賽等），將收益用於支持病患群體，同時推動公眾關注文化保育與共融議題。

技藝培訓與心靈支援
為病患家庭開設傳統文化技藝課程，讓參與者在學習中獲得成就感與情感支持。
03.
社區導師賦能
培訓完成課程的學員成為「社區文化導師」，帶領他們走入學校、社區市集及公共活動，分享自身故事與技藝，打破社會對疾病的刻板印象，同時推動傳統文化扎根。

Co-creation × Empowerment
We believe that cross-sector collaboration creates a 1+1>2 effect, infusing cultural heritage with vitality while fostering a more inclusive and compassionate society. Actively partnering with charitable organisations such as the Lifewire crowdfunding platform for children with rare diseases and the Hong Kong Society for the Blind, Culture Heir Hong Kong, to launch the Cultural Co-creation Collaborative Program.
By integrating resources and adopting innovative models, this initiative not only raises support for communities facing health challenges but also provides platforms for learning traditional crafts and training as community mentors. It empowers individuals and families within these communities to transition from aid recipients to active promoters of cultural heritage, creating multifaceted social value.
Programme Features

Fundraising & Resource Linking
Partnering with charitable organizations to host culture-themed crowdfunding events (e.g., charity sales of traditional handicrafts, immersive craft workshops, art competitions), directing proceeds to support communities facing health challenges while raising public awareness for cultural preservation and inclusion.

Skills Training & Emotional Support
Offering traditional craft courses for individuals and families affected by health conditions, providing participants with a sense of achievement and emotional support through the learning process.
03.
Community Mentor Empowerment
Training graduates of the program to become “Community Culture Mentors”, guiding them to share their personal stories and skills in schools, community markets, and public events. This helps break down societal stereotypes associated with illnesses while promoting the roots of traditional culture in the community.
