──以文化為平臺，打破標籤，匯聚多元聲音
我們以文化推廣為切入點，打破人與人之間的標籤與界限。無論是來自何種文化背景、領域和界別，我們提供一個開放平臺，促進不同群體之間的深度交流與協作。我們通過舉辦工作坊、展覽、比賽等活動，讓不同群體相遇、對話，共同創造屬於所有香港人的文化風景。
Culture Without Borders • Connecting Everyone
──Using culture as a platform to look beyond labels and converge diverse voices.
We use cultural promotion as a starting point to break down labels and barriers between people. Regardless of cultural background, field, or sector, we provide an open platform that fosters in-depth exchange and collaboration among diverse groups. Through workshops, exhibitions, competitions, and other activities, we create opportunities for different communities to meet, engage in dialogue, and collectively create a cultural landscape that belongs to all of Hong Kong.
角色轉化 · 眾力共創
──從受助到貢獻，匯聚多元力量，共創社會價值
我們強調「人」的價值和創造力，鼓勵社會各界人士參與文化藝術和發揮個人在文化藝術方面的潛能。社會真正的共融，不是單向的援助，而是讓每個人都有機會轉化角色、發揮所長。例如：
• 殘疾人士與青年人透過共同學習傳統文化技藝，成為彼此的老師與夥伴；
• 罕見病患者和退休長者從「受助者」轉變為「教育者」或文化傳承者，重新找到社會立足點。
我們致力於創造這些轉化的機會，讓每個人都能在貢獻中獲得尊嚴與認同。

Transforming Roles • Co-creating with Collective Strength
──From recipients to contributors, uniting diverse strengths to jointly create social value.
We emphasize the value and creativity of people, encouraging individuals from all sectors of society to participate in arts and culture and realize their personal potential. True social inclusion is not one-way assistance, but about creating opportunities for everyone to transform their roles and contribute their unique strengths. For example:
• Persons with disabilities and young people learning traditional crafts together become teachers and partners to one another.
• Individuals with rare diseases and retired seniors shift from being “recipients of aid” to becoming “educators” or cultural transmitters, rediscovering their place and value in the community.
We are committed to creating these opportunities for transformation, enabling everyone to gain dignity and a sense of belonging through their contributions.
共融有樂 · 文化有根
──在傳統中創新，在共融中共樂
我們相信建立共融社會需要讓每個人都能自在參與、共同成長。透過文化活動（如製作迷你花牌、迷你醒獅等），我們希望能促進大衆對香港文化與中華文化的認同，同時活化傳統、賦予新意。這些活動不僅是技藝的傳習，更是建立理解、培養互助精神，讓多元群體真正融入日新月異的社會。
Joy in Inclusion • Roots in Culture
──Fostering innovation within tradition, and shared joy within inclusion.
We believe that building an inclusive society requires creating an environment where everyone can participate comfortably and grow together. Through cultural activities—such as creating miniature Fa Pai (Flower plaque) and lion dance heads—we aim to foster public appreciation for both Hong Kong’s local culture and broader Chinese cultural traditions, while also revitalizing these traditions with fresh meaning. These activities are not merely about passing on craft techniques; they are about building mutual understanding and nurturing a spirit of mutual support, enabling diverse groups to genuinely integrate into our rapidly evolving society.
傳承不守舊 · 跨界創新章
──讓傳統非遺扎根當代，在共生中煥發新生
我們以「承古創今」為精神，致力推動香港歷史與文化遺產的保育及活化。透過與藝術家、企業、學界及社區組織的跨界合作，我們將傳統技藝與文化記憶以當代語言重新詮釋，成為連結世代、促進社會創新的動力。我們不止步於靜態保護，而更注重香港非物質文化遺產的活態傳播與社區紮根，讓傳統文化在多元共創中持續煥發生命力，進一步成爲香港的旅游和經濟資源。
Honouring the Past, Embracing the Future
──Planting the seed of ICH in contemporary soil, finding continuous renewal through reciprocal relationships.
Guided by the spirit of “Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future”, we are committed to the conservation and revitalization of Hong Kong’s history and cultural heritage. Through cross-sector collaborations with artists, businesses, academic institutions, and community organizations, we reinterpret traditional crafts and cultural memories in a contemporary language, transforming them into a dynamic force that connects generations and fosters social innovation. We go beyond static preservation, focusing instead on the living transmission and community grounding of Hong Kong’s Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH), ensuring traditional culture continues to thrive through diverse co-creation and further becomes a valuable resource for Hong Kong’s tourism and economy.
文化織網 · 多元共生
──以文化為線，串起每個獨特生命，編織社區未 來的力量之網
我們的角色是「文化織網者」——以文化為線，連結社區中不同的人、團體與資源。我們搭建橋梁，讓孤立者被看見，讓邊緣者被聽見，讓每個微小的聲音都能成為共融社會的重要部分，將社區中分散的個體與資源編織成緊密相連的共生網路。通過文化工作坊與社區計劃，我們讓弱勢群體及其支援團體共同學習傳統技藝，從而實現：
． 患者、家屬及病患照顧者、家屬支援團隊、慈善組織等不同持份者通過文化工作坊相遇，打破孤立，成為彼此的支援者；
． 各持份群體在傳統文化活動中協作，從單向援助轉為多線互助；
． 跨代、跨階層、跨能力者共同參與社區創作，讓每個角色既受支援亦能賦能他人。
我們以文化為切入點，為社區不同人士提供心靈與精神上的依託，讓弱勢群體通過技藝學習、藝術表達重新走入社區。在給予與收穫中編織一張可持續發展的包容之網，增加社會資本，推動社會共融，促進社區凝聚力及共融。
透過這些理念，我們期待與香港共同成長。讓藝術文化成為共融的語言，讓每個人都在社會中找到發光的舞台。
Weaving a Cultural Web • Fostering Pluralistic Coexistence
──Using culture as the thread to connect each unique life, weaving a web of strength for the community’s future.
We see our role as “Cultural Weavers” – using culture as the thread to connect different people, groups, and resources within the community. We build bridges by giving voice to the marginalized, bringing the isolated into the light, and ensuring every presence is valued in an inclusive society. We weave scattered individuals and resources into a tightly-knit network that functions symbiotically. Through cultural workshops and community programs, we bring together vulnerable groups and their support networks to learn traditional crafts, thereby achieving the following:
• Building Connections: Patients, families, caregivers, support teams, and charitable organizations meet in cultural workshops, breaking isolation and becoming mutual supporters.
• Shifting Dynamics: Stakeholder groups collaborate in traditional cultural activities, transitioning from one-way aid to multi-directional mutual assistance.
• Inclusive Co-creation: Individuals of different generations, backgrounds, and abilities participate in community art projects, where everyone is both supported and empowered to support others.
Using culture as an entry point, we provide spiritual and emotional support for diverse community members, enabling vulnerable groups to reconnect with society through skill acquisition and artistic expression. In the cycle of giving and receiving, we weave a sustainable web of inclusion, increasing social capital, driving social integration, and enhancing community cohesion.
Through these principles, we look forward to growing together with Hong Kong. Let arts and culture become the language of inclusion, and let everyone find a stage to shine within our society.
